1. What Are Emotional Mail Tokens

Emotional Mail Tokens are an internal digital currency that can be purchased as gift cards and redeemed for products and services across emotionalmail.com and other ElleMotional Entertainment sites.

2. Purchasing Tokens

Tokens are available in denominations of $10, $25, $50, and $100 AUD. Tokens are purchased through the WooCommerce shop at emotionalmail.com/tokens/. Tokens may be gifted to another person by entering the recipient email address at purchase.

3. Redeeming Tokens

Tokens are applied at checkout on any ElleMotional site that accepts them. Tokens are stored in your account and applied automatically when you select Token payment at checkout. Partial token payments can be combined with other payment methods.

4. Expiry

Emotional Mail Tokens do not expire.

5. No Cash Value

Tokens cannot be converted to cash, refunded, or exchanged for any monetary value. Tokens hold value only within the ElleMotional platform ecosystem.

6. Non-Transferable After Issue

Once tokens have been issued to an account, they cannot be transferred to another account except through the gifting process at point of purchase.

7. Account Closure

If an account is closed, any unused tokens associated with that account are forfeited unless required otherwise by the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Fraud and Misuse

Tokens obtained through fraudulent means, chargebacks, or abuse of our systems will be cancelled without notice. Accounts associated with token fraud may be suspended or terminated.
