1. Application

This Extended Licence Agreement applies where a product listing states that an Extended Licence (Pro or Ultimate tier) is included or available for purchase. An Extended Licence provides broader commercial rights than a Standard Licence.

2. Grant

Subject to payment and compliance, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate the licensed product into end products for commercial purposes within the scope below.

3. Permitted Uses

• Use the licensed product in commercial projects and client work.
• Incorporate the licensed product into end products for sale, provided it is not the primary value of the end product.
• Use in marketing, advertising, and promotional materials.
• Modify and adapt for use in end products.
• Use in up to 250,000 copies or impressions unless a different limit is specified at purchase.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the licensed product as a standalone product.
• Include in stock asset libraries or template marketplaces.
• Use in merchandise where the licensed product is the primary selling point.
• Remove or alter copyright notices or watermarks.
• Use the licensed product to train or fine-tune any AI model.

5. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this licence excludes any non-excludable consumer right under the Australian Consumer Law.
