3. Your Remedies

If goods or services fail to comply with a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund (your choice for a major failure); compensation for any consequential loss; and a repair or replacement for a minor failure. For digital products, remedies may include a corrected version, a patch, or a refund.
