1. Scope

This Policy applies to all downloadable files, software, templates, graphics, photographs, videos, audio files, documents, licence keys, account-based digital access, subscriptions, AI-generated outputs, and digital services sold or provided through emotionalmail.com.

2. Product Descriptions

Each digital product page states where applicable: file format and size; dimensions and resolution; colour profile; software and hardware requirements; version compatibility; included and excluded files; licence type; download method; support period; and update entitlement. Customers must review this information in full before purchasing.

3. Delivery

Delivery occurs through immediate browser download, email link, account dashboard, third-party platform, or licence activation as specified at the point of sale. The customer must provide a working email address. If a download link fails, check your account, spam folder, and browser extensions before contacting support.

4. Backups

Customers must securely back up downloaded files. We do not guarantee indefinite re-download availability unless the product page states otherwise.

5. AI-Assisted Digital Products

Digital products containing AI-assisted elements may not be unique. Customers must not assume that raw generated elements can be exclusively registered or protected. Rights are granted only to the extent we own or are authorised to licence them. See our AI Content Policy and Standard Licence Agreement.

6. Prohibited Redistribution

• Upload files to public sharing services or stock libraries.
• Resell, redistribute, or give away source files.
• Use files to train or fine-tune any AI model without written permission.
• Sublicense editable source material without an applicable extended licence.

7. ACL Rights

Computer software and digital downloads are goods under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees apply. Nothing in this Policy limits your rights under the ACL for products that are faulty, not as described, or that fail to comply with a mandatory consumer guarantee.
