Our Use of AI

Emotional Mail (operated by Brent Bernard, ABN 43 432 414 727) uses AI-assisted tools to help design, draft, and produce some of the digital products, content, and services offered on this site, and to help build and maintain this website itself.

How AI Is Used

  • Drafting and formatting written content and templates
  • Generating design elements, layouts, images, and supporting graphics
  • Assisting with research and product development
  • Assisting with building, editing, and maintaining this website

All AI-assisted output is reviewed and refined by a human before publication or sale. AI is a production tool — it does not make final decisions about what is published or sold.

Third-Party AI Image and Content Generation

Some images and content used in our products may be generated using third-party AI tools. We select and review outputs before use, but we do not control the underlying AI model or hosting infrastructure of third-party providers. If you believe any content on this site was generated inappropriately, contact us at admin@ellemotional.com.

Accuracy

While we take reasonable care to review AI-assisted content for accuracy, AI tools can make mistakes. If you notice an error in a product or on this site, contact us at admin@ellemotional.com and we will correct it.

No Harmful or Deceptive Use

We do not use AI to create content that is deceptive, infringes on others rights, or that depicts or facilitates harm to any person, including minors.

No Real People, Animals, or Entities Depicted

Every character, figure, object, and depiction of a person or creature in our artwork and product designs is entirely AI-generated and fictional. We do not use real human models or photography of real individuals. See our full AI and Provenance Statement for the complete disclosure.

EU AI Act Article 50

Under Article 50(4) of the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, effective 2 August 2026), where our artwork is photorealistic and depicts a plausible-looking person or place, we label it as AI-generated at the point of sale.

Australian Consumer Law

Under sections 18 and 29 of the Australian Consumer Law, we must not engage in misleading or deceptive conduct. All AI-assisted written content is reviewed by a human for accuracy before publication.
