Subscription Policy

Legal Notice – Last Updated: 10 August 2026.

1. Scope

This Subscription Policy applies to all recurring payment arrangements for access to our services, digital products, content, community memberships, or any other product or service available on a subscription basis through emotionalmail.com.

2. Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your designated payment method for the subscription fee on each renewal date. We will provide at least 14 days notice before any fee increase takes effect.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting admin@ellemotional.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle unless required by the Australian Consumer Law.

4. Free Trials

Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions automatically at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before conversion. You authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fee upon conversion.

5. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are current and accurate.

6. Licence Tier Subscriptions

Standard, Pro, and Ultimate licence tier subscriptions provide ongoing access to platform features and benefits as described on the Licences page. Cancelling a subscription downgrades your access to Standard tier at the end of the billing period.

7. ACL Rights

If a subscription service is faulty, not as described, or fails to comply with a mandatory consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law including a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the current billing cycle.
