1. Nature of Custom Orders

Where we offer custom or made-to-order products, every item is produced specifically upon receipt of your order. This ensures every product is made exactly to your specifications.

2. Production Commencement

Production commences promptly upon order confirmation. Once production has commenced, cancellation is not available except where required by the Australian Consumer Law. Contact us before ordering if you have any questions.

3. Cancellation Before Production

If you request cancellation before production has commenced, we may approve the cancellation at our discretion. A cancellation processing fee may apply to cover administrative costs already incurred.

4. Cancellation After Production Commencement

Once production has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled for change of mind. You remain liable for the full purchase price. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if the product is faulty, not as described, or fails to comply with a mandatory consumer guarantee.

5. Digital Custom Orders

For custom digital products, once a file has been delivered or a download link accessed, the order is considered complete. See our Refund and Returns Policy for digital product refund terms.
