Print On Demand Policy

Legal Notice – Last Updated: 10 August 2026.

1. Nature of Print On Demand Products

Where we offer print-on-demand products, items are manufactured or printed only after an order is placed. They are not pre-made or held in inventory. Each item is created individually according to your specifications. Because these products are made to order, they cannot be resold to another customer if returned for change of mind.

2. Ordering and Customisation

When ordering a print-on-demand product, you must review the mock-up carefully to ensure customisation appears as intended, confirm that any text, images, or graphics are free from errors, and ensure all customisation content complies with our Acceptable Use Policy and Intellectual Property Policy.

3. Colour Variation

Colours displayed on screen may vary slightly from printed colours due to monitor calibration, printing processes, and material differences. We are not responsible for colour variations that fall within acceptable industry tolerances.

4. Quality and Defects

A product is considered defective only if it exhibits a major failure such as significant print misalignment, incorrect product, holes, tears, stains, or other substantial defects that a reasonable consumer would not accept. Minor variations in print placement, colour saturation, and material texture are normal and do not constitute defects.

5. Returns

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for print-on-demand products because each item is manufactured specifically for you. If a product is defective, not as described, or fails to comply with a mandatory consumer guarantee, you may request a remedy under our Refund and Returns Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
